Microscopic findings : sections show features of Schwannoma ( Neurilemmoma schwannoma (neurilemmoma) showing clusters of cells having wavy pointed nucleus and pink cytoplasm with indistinct cell borders, forming antoniAntoni-A areas and veryVerocay bodies. Less cellular areas showingshow prominent hylinizedhyalinized vessels and fibrous tissue.
