An elderly female presented with swelling in 1st web space of foot. Ultrasound revealedBased on the ultrasound showing a dumbbell shaped-shaped, hypoechoic lesion with vascularity and, the possibility of the lesion being a Morton's neuroma was suggested. HistopatholgyThe histopathology revealed Schwanomafindings more consistent with schwannoma.
