There is axillary, mediastinal, retroperitoneal, mesenteric, pelvic and inguinal lymphadenopathy. The spleen is mildly enlarged.
Case Discussion
While these appearances are compatible with non-Hodgkin lymphoma, there is a differential for generalized lymphadenopathy.
