Body was changed:

A real whopper of a kidney. The biggest I have ever seen.

A nephrostomy was placed under ultrasound guidance, through the anterolateral aspect of the abdomen.

4 litres of infected fluid was drained in the first 12 hours.

Updates to Study Attributes

Findings was changed:

The right kidney is severely hydronephrotic occupying the whole of the left side of the abdomen.   The The cortex is diffusely thinned to 1mm.

14mm stone at the right VUJ.

Normal left kidney.

Trace of pelvispelvic free fluid.

Right basal round atelectasis.
