Hepatic hydatid cyst - CE 3B

Large well-defined lobulated multiloculated cystic mass centered on the left lobe of the liver, extending to the lesser omentum and displacing the lesser curvature of the stomach. It is composed of numerous daughter cysts of various size within the cystic matrix with no contrast enhancement.
No fistulous tract or dilatation of the intrahepatic biliary ducts (IHBD) or CBD.
