Findings was changed:

Avulsed bone flake is noted overlying proximal interphalangeal joint. A donor site is noted at middle phalanx base. Central slip of extensor tendon is attached to avulsed bone flake. Two lateral slips of extensor tendon (radial as well as ulnar side) are intact intact.
