Patient present vague abdominal pain and weight loss. On USultrasound, there was a cystic lesion on the right lumbar quadrant.
Body was changed:

Mucinous adenocarcinoma of the appendix must be suspected when there is a compromise of the peritoneum (mucina(mucinous deposits or soft-tissue implants).
