CT scan showshows a lytic expansile lesion at the proximal third of the right tibia which has scalloped sclerotic scalloped sclerotic margin and narrow zone of transition.
It is oriented with the long axis of the bone.There. There is no periosteal reaction. CT scan also showshows an interruption of the cortex, which can be misinterpreted as cortical destruction.
