Findings was changed:

Subarachnoid haemorrhage predominately  inin the interpeduncular and ambient cisterns extending down into the pre-pontine and perimedullary cisterns especially on the right. No blood above the tentorium. CTA is normal without berry aneurysm or other vascular anomaly.
