Subarachnoid haemorrhage predominately  in the interpeduncular interpeduncular and ambient cisterns extending down into the pre-pontine and perimedullary cisterns especially on the right.  No No blood abloveabove the tentorium.  CTA CTA is normal without berry aneurysm or other vascular anomaly.
