History of pain and swelling at the right ring finger since 2 days after trauma by a hard object at work Clinical examination: mild swelling, and tenderness over the proximal interphalangeal joint

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Right ring finger middle phalanx base nondisplaced fracture is noted

Soft tissue swelling is noted
