The patient fell down seven steps, with tenderness at the anatomical snuff box. Possible scaphoid fracture.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Minimally displaced, oblique fracture of the pisiform.

Soft tissue swelling in the pronator quadratus.
