Ill defined-defined STIR hyperintense marrow edema with T1 hypointnsehypointense bony erosion is noted involving bilateral sacroiliac joints predominately involving the lower 1/3rdthird of sacral and iliac surfaces. No joint effusion or bony ankylosis. Findings are suggestive of inflammatory sacroiliitis.
