Tear of the superior/posterosuperior glenoid labrum is seen from approximately 12 to 9 o'clock position with displaced labral fragment in superior aspects of the glenohumeral joint.

Other findings:

Supraspinatus tendinosis with near full thickness tear of anterior/mid fibers of supraspinatus tendon at the footprint. Few articular surface fibers are possibly intact. The tear measures approximately 8.5 mm in transverse and 13 mm in anteroposterior dimension. No significant retraction of torn fibers is seen.

Partial thickness articular surface tear of posterior fibers of the supraspinatus tendon is seen at the critical zone, involving approximately 40% thickness. The tear measures approximately 3.5 mm in transverse and 4 mm in anteroposterior dimension.

Subscapularis tendinosis is seen with partial thickness undersurface tear of superior, mid fibers at the attachment site, extending medially involving approximately 50% thickness. The tear measures approximately 16 mm in transverse and 12.5 mm in craniocaudal dimensions.

Case Discussion
