Diffuse dilation of small bowel which is filled with oral contrast. Ileocecal transition point with intussusception due to a lobulated cecal mass. Borderline ileocolic lymph nodes. No liver lesions.
Case Discussion
Partial small bowel obstruction due to cecal mass resulting in ileocolic intussusception. The mass is large and irregular and with a typical appearance for adenocarcinoma.
