Note on the SAG T1, the distinct abscence of teres minor muscle fibers.
The limited view of the quadrangular space (COR PD) documents the absence of a compressive lesion in this area.

Features of teres minor atrophy with fatty replacement. A possible cause may be some sort of quadrangular space syndrome.
