Updates to Case Attributes

Age changed from 59 to 60 years.
Presentation was changed:
Episodes of memory loss inover the last 6 months, in ancurrently undergoing a clinical investigation of clinical diagnosis offor dementia.
Body was changed:

The main importance of lesion detection of the lesions in transient global amnesia (TGA) is to exclude other urgent differential diagnoses, such as transient ischemic attack (TIA), seizureseizures, and drug-induced amnesia, once it diagnosis won't change the clinical course of this self-resolving disorder or affect treatment planning.

Updates to Study Attributes

Findings was changed:

MRI demonstrates small punctate hyperintense foci on the lateral edge of the left hippocampal gyrushippocampus on diffusion-weighted imaging, with corresponding decreased ADC at the same location. There are no other pathological findings.
