The lens of the right eye is seen of lower attenuation compared to the normal lens of higher density in the left eye

- Traumatic cataract occurs in children and young adult patients mainly after blunt trauma to the eye.
- Role of CT scan to diagnose other associated signs of orbital fractures, foreign bodies and globe rupture.
- This child underwent intraocular lens implantation two months after the trauma.
