Dilated small bowel loops (up to 4 cm) with a transition point at the left flank. A "faeces sign" is noted proximal to the level of obstruction. The distal small bowel loops as well as the large bowel are collapsed. No evidence of bowel ischaemia. Mild to moderate intraperitoneal effusion is noted.
Pneumobilia (history of cholecystectomy with bilioenteric anastomosis).
Calcified aneurysms of the splenic artery.
Bilateral simple renal cysts with right microlithiasis.
Midline incisional hernia containing small bowel loops and mesentery.
