A nodular structure with calcification inside is shown. The structure seems to arise from an ileal loop and is surrounded by stranding of intraabdominal fat. There is a light dilatation of the proximal small bowel secondary to the inflammatory process. Findings are related to Meckel's diverticulum complicated by acute diverticulitis.
Colonic diverticulosis without signs of complication is also observed.
Mild free fluid at the pelvis.
Duodenal diverticulum is noted.
