Presentation

Known and operated case of rectal cancer. Passage of gas and stool from the vagina.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

The patient had a history of rectal cancer surgery.

By injecting contrast medium through the anus, a rectovaginal fistula could be seen, and the contrast material passes quickly into the vaginal canal.

The L5 vertebra seems to be sacralized.
