About 2.5 x 2 cm saccular aneurysm seen in the right distal renal artery at its bifurcation with thickened wall without signs of rupture. Otherwise, normal size functioning both kidneys with no back pressure changes, no stones, no perinephric or retroperitoneal collection.

Imaging findings compatible with right renal artery aneurysm type 1.
Renal artery aneurysms (RAAs) are the second most common visceral aneurysm (15-22%).
Surgical management is recommended for aneurysms more than 2 cm in size, as in this case.
