Does it lesion demonstrate malignant features?
All findings are not show malignant lesion signs. There are no bone marrow oedema, cortical destruction, paraossal components or ill-defined margins.
What is a differential diagnosis?
Enchondroma, atypical cartilaginous tumors (ACT), clear cell chondrosarcoma, chondroblastoma, giant cell tumour of bone, chondrosarcoma.
there is an epimetadiaphyseal lytic lesion with inhomogeneous T2 hyperintensity
maximal tumour size is over 5 cm
sclerotic irregular margins without bone marrow oedema
there is a little linear calcified tumour matrix
no cortical destruction or periosteal reaction
no paraossal soft tissue oedema
rotator cuff tendons, biceps tendons, labrum are unremarkable
no joint effusion
