This is a classic case ofHerlyn-Werner-Wunderlich (HWW)syndrome (also known as OHVIRA syndrome) which is characterised by a triad of type III Müllerian duct anomaly(uterus didelphys), obstructed obstructed hemivagina, and mesonephric duct anomalies as renal agenesis in this case.
