Complete loss of subacromial joint space, with axial migration of the humeral head.

Femoralization of the humeral head and acetabularization of the coracoacromial arch.

Loss of joint space at the superior glenohumeral joint.

Imaging features in keeping with severe rotator cuff arthropathy.

Generalized bone demineralization.

Visualizing field is clear.
