Intense pain in the right supraclavicular region appeared in a female gymnast on uneven bars.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female

Shoulder

ultrasound

Full thickness discontinuity of the acromial insertion of the superior acromioclavicular ligament with modest perilesional effusion. The articular surfaces remain aligned. The rest of the objectivity is normal.
