The uterine cavity is normal.
Spillage of contrast material from the distal part of the surgically occluded right fallopian tube suggests surgical failure.
Normal left fallopian tube with free peritoneal spillage is seen.
Case Discussion
A nulliparous woman was referred for an infertility workup. Hysterosalpingogram revealed contrast material spillage from the post-surgical occluded right fallopian tube suggesting incomplete occlusion.
