Large well-defined intramural leiomyoma of posterior corporeal location with endometrial contact (FIGO 3). It displays a high signal on T1/T1 fat sat mainly peripherally, a heterogeneous high signal on T2 with a peripheral rim of low signal. No enhancement was seen on the postcontrast sequence.
Normal appearance of the ovaries with small follicles.
Case Discussion
MRI features most consistent with uterine leiomyomas with red or carneous degeneration.
