Non-contrast CT of the head shows two well-defined, oval, subcutaneous lesions with areas of punctate and coarse calcification. There are additional foci of characteristic hyper-densities in addition to the areas of calcification. The overlying skin and underlying outer table of the skull are intact. Findings are compatible with trichilemmal cysts.
