The corpus callosum is foreshortened, noting that the posterior body, splenium, and rostrum of the corpus callosum has not formed with tapering of the corpus callosum posteriorly. There is associated colpocephaly with prominence of the body and atria of the lateral ventricles bilaterally. Otherwise, there is no significant dilatation of the temporal horns.
The hippocampi, fornices, and mamillary bodies are symmetric. The myelination pattern is within the normal range for the patient's age.
There is mild prominence of the subarachnoid spaces along the frontal and parietal convexities, which measures up to 9 mm in thickness on the right side and 7 mm in thickness on the left side.
