Discussion:
Ultrasound features most consistent with duodenal atresia.
If a double-bubble sign is seen on antenatal ultrasound (as in this case), it is important to demonstrate a connection between the two fluid-filled structures because foregut duplication cyst, as well as other abdominal cysts, may simulate the appearance of a double-bubble sign
