Ultrasound features of a nuchal cystic hygroma, also known as cystic or nuchal lymphangioma, refer to congenital macrocystic lymphatic malformations that most commonly occur in the cervicofacial regions, particularly at the posterior cervical triangle in infants. Associated aneuploidic anomalies may be seen in approximately 65% of cases.
