The scalp soft tissues are unremarkable. The calvarium is intact, and displays normal ossification. The mastoid air cells are clear. Orbits are unremarkable.
There is no acute intracranial hemorrhage, acute ischemic changes, mass, mass effect, or extra-axial fluid collection. The gray-white differentiation is preserved. There is no midline shift or hydrocephalus. The basal cisterns and cerebral sulci are not effaced.
