Epidermal inclusion cyst (forearm)

Discussion:

Ultrasound findings shows a subcutaneous, thin-walled, avascular lesion in the forearm. Findings raise a possibility of epidermal inclusion cyst. However, the puncture is not seen in this case.

Surgical excision was done. Histopathology revealed the lesion being epidermal inclusion cyst.
