Incidental finding of a congenital anomaly of bony fusion of the posterior aspect of the right 8th and 9th ribs with associated convergence of these ribs. No other bony abnormalities or fractures. Normal lung fields. No pneumothorax, pleural effusion or consolidation. Normal heart size. No cause for patient's symptoms found on these images.
