Right-sided aortic arch with aberrant left subclavian artery and kommerell diverticulum, which is dilated compressing the oesophagus. Dilated tortuous descending thoracic aorta.
Scans through the upper abdomen revealed:
- a large obstructing stone at right kidney casting its pelvis and extending to middle and lower calyces exerting hydrocalycosis. Multiple lower calyceal non-obstructing stones are also noted
- small left kidney with atrophic parenchyma and lower calyceal non-obstructing stone. It is as shows a rounded mid-zone homogeneous soft tissue density lesion that is worth a dedicated multiphasic kidney CT
- gallbladder contracted over few hyperdense stones
