What is the diagnosis of this hyperintense, extra-axial mass most likely to be?
Meningioma is most likely. Other differentials for extra-axial masses including metastases were considered less likely.

This left parafalcine mass with frontal / cingulate (presumed) oedema does not readily correspond with the described left body symptoms.
Hyperintense extra-axial mass, with base along the left falx. Ill defined margin with underlying brain, with some adjacent abnormal attenuation in left superior frontal / cingulate gyri.
Established left cerebellar lacune.
