Selected images of the CT through the lower cervical region and upper chest show an aberrant right subclavian artery.
Streaking artifacts due to intravenous contrast media injection is seen on the right side.
Case Discussion
The patient was a known case of esophago-gastric junction adenocarcinoma.
The aberrant right subclavian artery was an incidental finding which is a normal anatomical variant.
