Typical ductus venosus spectrum is seen while umbilical vein is seen connecting vena cava inferiorly. Tricuspid valve spectrum is normal
Case Discussion
The umbilical vein bypasses the portal sinus and the liver and is connected to the systemic venous circulation via an abnormal venous channel extending from the umbilical vein to the midportion of the inferior vena cava.
