Dysphagia for solid and liquid (more for liquid) for the last year.

Gender: Male

Case Discussion

The imaging features are consistent with achalasia cardia.

The differential diagnosis is with number of entities that may mimic achalasia, forming the so-called 'achalasia pattern'
