Shoulder radiograph reveals an acromion fracture without reduction of the subacromial space as well as a midshaft clavicular fracture (Robinson-type 2B1)

Acromion fractures are rare and are usually associated with other fractures, such as the much commoner midshaft clavicle fracture.
