Presentation

Cough for 2 days, sneezing, and fever for 12 days

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Left upper and middle lung zones show reticulonodular opacities.

The left apical lung zone shows a cavitary lesion( active TB).

Left apical pleural thickening

Mild mediastinum widening is noted

Normal heart size.

Free costophrenic angles.
