Elongated fluid-filled appendix having thick enhancing walls with periappendicular fat stranding in the right iliac fossa region.
Minimal periappendicular fluid. No appendicolith seen.
Multiple gallbladder calculi seen - cholelithiasis.
Small simple left renal cortical cyst.

CT scan plays a crucial role and has high sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of appendicitis and related complications.
