Posterior nasopharyngeal soft tissue thickening (22 mm), posteriorly indenting and narrowing the nasopharyngeal air column.
Soft tissue shadow of the epiglottis is normal.
Tracheal air column is normal.
Cervical spine & prevertebral soft tissue shadow appear normal.
Case Discussion
Findings favor enlarged adenoids.
