An enlarged uterus (measuring about 70 x 80 x 105 mm) showing diffuse thickened posterior junctional zone with multiple small T2 hyperintense foci throughout the posterior fundus and body myometrium.
Case Discussion
MRI demonstrates an enlarged uterus associated with thickening and blurring of the posterior junctional zone with multiple T2 hyperintense foci consistent with adenomyosis.
