About 3 cm left adrenal nodule is noted. It shows a homogenous drop in signal intensity on out-of-phase images. No right adrenal nodule. Incidental pancreatic and left renal cystic changes.
Case Discussion
Chemical shift MRI imaging is very useful for detecting adrenal adenoma due to its rich lipid contents in most of the cases.
