A 70× 62 mm thick walled unilocular cyst, without calcification, internal septation or enhancing solid component, is noted in the right adrenal lodge.
Case Discussion
Adrenal cysts are rare, and differential diagnoses include pseudocysts, endothelial cysts, epithelial cysts and parasitic cysts such as hydatid.
If the adrenal cystic lesion is complex and contains enhancing solid components, a neoplastic lesion should be considered in the differential list.
