Adrenal myelolipoma

Well-circumscribed round fat-containing (>90%) mass is seen in the medial limb of the left adrenal gland with small punctate calcifications at the periphery measuring 22 x 20 x 20 mm, no enhancing soft tissue component, no finding to suggest hemorrhage.
Calcified gallstone, no finding to suggest acute cholecystitis.
Case Discussion
Finding are suggestive of a lipomatous adrenal mass. Differential diagnosis includes adrenal myelolipoma and lipoma.
