Presentation

Subacute lower abdominal discomfort and weight loss.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
ct

Large mainly fatty mass arising from right adrenal gland with a lobulated soft tissue component and linear calcification. No significant enhancement after IV contrast injection.

Right kidney is displaced inferiorly.

No other significant abnormality detected.

Conclusion:

Large right-sided adrenal myelolipoma.
