There are innumerable cysts throughout both kidneys. The majority of these cysts are T2 hyperintense.
There are numerous hepatic cysts throughout the liver.
Case Discussion
This is a case of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease as evidenced by numerous cystic lesions within the bilateral kidneys and, to a lesser extent, the liver.
