A lobulated mass with an air-tissue interface sign can be seen in the UOQ of the right breast, which is consistent with a skin-based lesion. (BI-RADS 2 - proved by the physical exam)
Several punctate calcification foci are scattered in the right breast with a benign appearance.
Case Discussion
Air-tissue interface sign on mammography helps to distinguish skin-based lesions from the intra-mammary mass.
